I have a house helper ,she is a grandmother of 10 years old, 7 years old and 3 years old but look at her energy she is always on her toes. The people who know me they have heard about her from me many times and today I am writing about her here. It kept me wondering, how she is so full of energy all the time? She gets up at 4 am, finishes her household chores and come to work at 5:30 am and works non stop with the same high energy till 4 pm.
